Tiger Lane is thrilled to host the Canberra Asian Cuisine Festival, a 9-day celebration of vibrant Asian culture and cuisine. From January 25 to February 2, 2025, immerse yourself in a feast of authentic dishes, cultural performances, and exciting activities right in the heart of Canberra.

Event Highlights:

• January 25 (Saturday): Opening Ceremony
  Witness traditional performances, speeches, an interactive wishing tree, and a special lantern lighting ceremony to kick off the festivities.

• January 27 – February 1: Cultural Cuisine Days
  Each night will spotlight a different country’s cuisine with special dishes and cultural showcases:

  • January 27 (Monday): Singapore Cuisine

  • January 28 (Tuesday): Korean Cuisine

  • January 29 (Wednesday): Chinese Cuisine

  • January 30 (Thursday): Japanese Theme Day

  • January 31 (Friday): Mongolian BBQ

  • February 1 (Saturday): Southeast Asian Cuisine

• January 29 (Wednesday): Chinese Lunar New Year Specials
